This puppy is guaranteed against birth defects that will jeopardize the life of the puppy. For this
guarantee to be valid; the purchaser must take the puppy to the veterinarian , of their choice,
within three days of the purchase.
This and all other vet bills incurred during the life of this puppy are the sole responsibility of the
purchaser and not the seller. Failure to comply with the required vet check-up forfeits all
guarantees. In case of a birth defect, the puppy will be replaced with one of the same sex and
quality when one is available. No Money Will Be Refunded. To receive a replacement puppy, the
purchaser must supply a written statement from the veterinarian stating the hereditary defect.
This statement must be concurred by the litter owner's
vet.

* be provided food that will allow for growth and good health

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN THE
REPOSSESSION OF THE DOG/BITCH.
